Step by step
How to perform it
- Stand facing a wall with your feet hip-width apart. Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height for support.
- Position your feet flat on the floor, ensuring they are parallel to each other.
- Slowly raise your heels as high as possible, lifting your body and engaging your calf muscles.
- Lower your heels back to the floor in a controlled manner. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
