Chest Press Front Resistance Band

Chest Press Front Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Attach the resistance band to a sturdy anchor point behind you at chest height. Stand facing away from the anchor point, holding a handle in each hand with your palms facing down.
- Position one leg forward and the other back, with both knees slightly bent. Start with your elbows bent at 90 degrees, your hands at chest level, and your arms parallel to the floor.
- Push the handles forward until your arms are fully extended, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
