Drag Curl Resistance Band

Drag Curl Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Biceps (Biceps Brachii) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place a resistance band under your feet. Hold the handles of the band with both hands, palms facing forward.
- Keep your elbows close to your body and your back straight. Start with your arms fully extended down at your sides.
- Curl the handles up by dragging your elbows along your torso, keeping them close to your torso, until your hands reach chest level.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
