Dumbbell Incline Hammer Shoulder Press is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Lie on an incline bench set at a 45-degree angle with your feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with your palms facing each other (hammer grip) and elbows bent and set perpendicular to your torso.
- Press the dumbbells forward in a controlled motion until your arms are fully extended opposite your chest, maintaining the hammer grip.
- Return the dumbbells back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
