Dumbbell Incline Svend Close Grip Press is a free weights exercise targeting Upper Chest (Pectoralis Major, Clavicular Head), Front Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Set an incline bench to a 45-degree angle and lie back against it. Hold a single dumbbell pressed between your palms just above your chest with your fingers extended or interlaced around the handle.
- Press the dumbbell upward by extending your arms, keeping your elbows close to your torso.
- Fully extend your arms at the top, continuing to press the dumbbell between your palms.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position with control, keeping the dumbbell pressed between your palms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
