Dumbbell Single Arm Starfish Crunch is a free weights exercise targeting Abdominals (Obliques, Rectus Abdominis) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Begin by lying flat on your back with your arms and legs extended in a starfish position. Hold a dumbbell in your right hand and keep the left hand firm on the floor.
- Engage your core and lift your left leg and right arm simultaneously, aiming to touch the dumbbell to your left foot.
- Reach as high as possible, squeezing your abdominal muscles at the top of the movement.
- Lower your arm and leg back to the starting position in a controlled manner. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to holding the dumbbell in your left hand and raising your right leg.
