Dumbbell Single Arm Underhand Front Raise is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in your right hand with an underhand grip (palm facing forward). Let your arm hang straight down at your side.
- Slowly raise the dumbbell in front of you to shoulder height, keeping your arm straight and your palm facing up.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, ensuring your arm is parallel to the floor.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the left arm.
