Dumbbell Static Lunge

Dumbbell Static Lunge is a free weights exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Step your right foot forward and your left foot back.
- Lower your body by bending both knees until your right thigh is parallel to the floor and your left knee nearly touches the floor.
- Push through your right heel to return to the starting position, keeping your feet in the same place.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions before switching to the other leg.
