Dumbbell Tate Press is a free weights exercise targeting Triceps (Triceps Brachii) using Dumbbells.
Step by step
How to perform it
- Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Position the dumbbells above your chest, with your arms fully extended and your palms facing forward.
- Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells inward and towards your chest, keeping the dumbbells facing forward.
- Bring the dumbbells together just before touching your chest, elbows pointing out to the sides.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position, extending the dumbbells upward. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
