Front Raise Resistance Bands

Front Raise Resistance Bands is a resistance exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, placing the resistance band under both feet. Hold the handles of the resistance band with your palms facing backwards and your arms extended down in front of you.
- Raise your arms straight in front of you to shoulder height, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
