Good Mornings Kettlebell is a free weights exercise targeting Lower Back (Erector Spinae), Hamstrings (Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus using Kettlebells.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands at chest height. Keep your elbows bent and pointing downward.
  2. Begin to hinge at your hips, pushing your hips back while lowering your torso towards the floor.
  3. Continue to lower your torso until it is almost parallel to the floor, feeling a stretch in your hamstrings.
  4. Return to the starting position by driving your hips forward and raising your torso back up. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
