Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet together, holding a jump rope with the handles in each hand. Position the rope behind you, ready to swing it over your head.
  2. Swing the rope over your head and, as it passes under your feet, jump with both feet simultaneously, keeping your jumps low to the floor.
  3. Land softly on your forefeet and immediately swing the rope over your head again for the next jump.
  4. Continue jumping at a steady rhythm, maintaining a smooth and continuous motion for the desired duration or number of repetitions.
