Kettlebell Squats

Kettlebell Squats is a free weights exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus) using Kettlebells.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with each hand hanging by your sides.
- Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back as if sitting in a chair.
- Continue lowering yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor, making sure your knees track over your toes.
- Push through your heels to stand back up to the starting position, fully extending your legs.
