Kettlebell Squats is a free weights exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus) using Kettlebells.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with each hand hanging by your sides.
  2. Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back as if sitting in a chair.
  3. Continue lowering yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor, making sure your knees track over your toes.
  4. Push through your heels to stand back up to the starting position, fully extending your legs.
