Kettlebell Thruster is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Deltoids), Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus using Kettlebells.
How to perform it
- Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand at shoulder level, palms facing inward. Keep your elbows close to your.
- Lower into a squat by bending your hips and knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Push through your heels to stand back up while simultaneously pressing the kettlebells overhead. Fully extend your arms at the top of the movement.
- Lower the kettlebells back to shoulder level as you prepare for the next repetition. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
