Lunge to Knee Drive Left Bodyweight is a bodyweight exercise targeting Quadriceps (Rectus Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides.
  2. Step your left foot back into a lunge position, lowering your hips until your right thigh is parallel to the floor and your left knee nearly touches the floor.
  3. Push through your right heel to stand back up, simultaneously driving your left knee up towards your chest.
  4. Return your left leg to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Switch sides and repeat the movement with your right leg stepping back.
