Step by step
How to perform it
- Begin in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels.
- Quickly jump both knees towards your chest, landing with both feet flat on the floor beneath you.
- Immediately jump your feet back to the starting plank position.
- Continue jumping your feet in and out for the desired number of repetitions.
