Rear Deltoid Fly Cable Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Shoulders (Posterior Deltoids) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Attach the resistance band to a shoulder height anchor point in front of you. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the handles with both hands, arms extended straight in front of you at shoulder height, palms facing each other.
- Pull the handles out to your sides by extending your arms and squeezing your shoulder blades together, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Slowly return your arms to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
