Standing Y Raise is a bodyweight exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your arms extended forward, parallel to each other.
- With slightly bent elbows, raise both arms diagonally overhead to form a "Y" shape.
- Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement for the desired repetitions
