Standing Toe Touch

Standing Toe Touch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Abdominals (Rectus Abdominis, Obliques), Hip Flexors (Iliopsoas).
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your posture upright and your arms relaxed by your sides.
- Simultaneously lift your right leg straight up to hip height while raising your left arm to touch your right toes.
- Return your right leg and left arm to the starting position with control.
- Repeat the movement on the opposite side. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
