Triceps Light Stretch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Triceps (Triceps Brachii).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and raise your right arm at chest height across your chest, bending your elbow.
- Use your left hand to gently grab your right elbow, pulling it across your chest to deepen the stretch in your triceps.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch in your triceps.
- Release the stretch and repeat with your left arm. Perform the stretch for the desired number of repetitions.
