Upward Rotation Bent Arms

Upward Rotation Bent Arms is a bodyweight exercise targeting Shoulders (Deltoids), Upper Back (Trapezius).
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms bent at 90 degrees with your upper arms parallel to the floor, and your forearms pointing down to the floor.
- Rotate your forearms upwards until your fingers point towards the ceiling, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Slowly rotate them back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired repetitions
