How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your head in a neutral position.
- Tilt your head backward, stretching the front of your neck.
- Return to the neutral position, then tilt your head forward to stretch the back of your neck.
- Turn your head to one side, holding briefly, and then return to the neutral position. Repeat on the other side.
