Band Incline Palms Back Press is a resistance exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Lie on an incline bench set at a 45-degree angle with feet on the floor, holding one handle of the resistance band in each hand with your palms facing your chest, positioned at shoulder height.
  2. Press the handles upward until your arms are fully extended, squeezing your chest muscles at the top of the movement.
  3. Slowly lower the handles back to shoulder height with control.
  4. Repeat for the desired repetitions.
