Barbell Push Bent Over Row

Barbell Push Bent Over Row is a free weights exercise targeting Middle Back (Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major), Upper Back (Trapezius using Barbell.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with palms facing the barbell, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Bend at the hips and knees to lower your torso until it is nearly parallel to the floor.
- Pull the barbell towards your abdomen by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together. At the peak of the movement, perform a small push of the barbell downwards and pull it up again.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control, extending your arms fully while keeping your back straight.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
