How to perform it
- Stand beside a wall and place your bent arm (elbow at a 90-degree angle) against the wall, with your forearm and hand flat against the wall.
- Gently rotate your torso away from the wall to feel a stretch in your chest.
- Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides and repeat.
