Step by step
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on your hips or by your sides for balance.
- Rise up onto your toes, lifting your heels off the floor.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
- Lower your heels back to the floor to return to the starting position.
