Cable One Arm Front Raise

4 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Cable One Arm Front Raise is a resistance exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Attach a single handle to a low pulley on a cable machine. Stand facing away from the machine, holding the handle with your right hand, palm facing back. Step forward to create tension in the cable.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your back straight. Let your arm fully extend down by your side.
  3. Raise the handle straight in front of you to shoulder height, keeping your arm straight but with a slight bend in the elbow.
  4. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
