Cable Palm Rotational Row

Cable Palm Rotational Row is a resistance exercise targeting Middle Back (Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major), Upper Back (Rhomboids).
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, facing the cable machine. Attach a single handle to a middle pulley and hold it with your right hand, palm facing downwards.
- Bend slightly at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight, and extend your right arm forward.
- Pull the handle towards your body, rotating your palm to face upwards as you bring your elbow back, keeping it close to your torso.
- Slowly extend your arm back to the starting position, rotating your palm back to face inwards. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to your left hand.
