Calves Stretch on Stairs

Calves Stretch on Stairs is a bodyweight exercise targeting Calves (Gastrocnemius, Soleus) using Yoga Mat.
How to perform it
- Stand on a step or stair with one foot on a higher step and the other foot on a lower step, ensuring the lower foot's heel is hanging off the edge.
- Hold onto the railing or wall for support to maintain balance.
- Slowly lower the heel of the lower foot below the level of the step until you feel a stretch in your calf muscle.
- Hold the stretch for the desired duration, then slowly raise your heel back to the starting position. Repeat as needed for both legs.
