Chest Fly High to Low Resistance Band

Chest Fly High to Low Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Chest (Clavicular head) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Attach the resistance band to a low anchor point behind you. Stand facing away from the anchor point, holding a handle in each hand with your palms facing up.
- Position one leg forward and the other back, with both knees slightly bent, keeping your back straight and your arms extended down and slightly behind you.
- Raise the handles up and together in a wide arc, bringing them to meet at head level while keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
