Chest Fly Side Step is a bodyweight exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major), Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris).
How to perform it
- Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms bent at 90 degrees, and your elbows open wide at shoulder height.
- Step your right foot out to the side, bending your right knee slightly as you bring your elbows together in front of you until they are close together and back.
- Return to the starting position by stepping your left foot out to the side while repeating the fly motion with your arms.
- Repeat the movement alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
