Climber a Padded Stool Supported

Climber a Padded Stool Supported is a bodyweight exercise targeting Shoulders (Deltoids), Core Muscles (Rectus Abdominis, Obliques).
How to perform it
- Begin in a plank position on the floor with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels. The padded stool should be in front of you.
- Engage your core and place your right hand on the stool, followed by your left hand, lifting your upper body onto the stool.
- Reverse the movement by placing your right hand back on the floor, followed by your left hand, lowering your body back into the plank position.
- Continue climbing up and down the stool, alternating which hand leads the movement for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
