How to perform it

  1. Begin by placing your feet against a wall and positioning your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart. Your body should be in a decline position with your feet elevated on the wall.
  2. Engage your core and ensure your body forms a straight line from your head to your feet.
  3. Lower your chest towards the floor by bending your elbows, keeping them at a 45-degree angle to your body.
  4. Push through your hands to return to the starting position, straightening your arms. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
