Decline Shoulder Tap is a bodyweight exercise targeting Shoulders (Deltoids), Chest (Pectoralis Major).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Begin by placing your feet on a bench and positioning your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart. Your body should be in a decline position with your feet elevated.
- Engage your core and ensure your body forms a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Lift your right hand off the floor and tap your left shoulder, lightly rotate your hips according to the tap side.
- Return your right hand to the floor and repeat the movement with your left hand, tapping your right shoulder. Continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
