Dumbbell Incline Palms Back Press is a free weights exercise targeting Upper Chest (Pectoralis Major, Clavicular Head), Front Shoulders (Anterior Deltoid) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Set an incline bench to a 45-degree angle and sit back against it, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with elbows bent and facing the floor, with an underhand grip (palms facing back).
- Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are fully extended above your chest, maintaining the underhand grip.
- Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height with control, keeping your elbows close to your body. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
