How to perform it

  2. Shift your weight to your right leg, bending your knee and pushing your hips back to lower into a side lunge. Keep your left leg straight and your chest up.
  3. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position, straightening your leg.
  4. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
