How to perform it
- Sit on the Hammer Strength MTS Iso-Lateral Decline Press, back pressed against the backrest and feet flat on the floor. Grasp the handles with both hands, palms facing down.
- Press the right handle forward by extending your arm, keeping the other arm stationary.
- Squeeze your chest muscles at the bottom of the movement and slowly return the handle to the starting position with control.
- Repeat with the same arm for the desired number of repetitions and then switch to your left arm and repeat.
