Kettlebell Sumo Squat (Version 2)

Kettlebell Sumo Squat (Version 2) is a free weights exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus) using Kettlebells.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly outward. Hold a kettlebell with both hands, letting it hang down between your legs.
- Hinge at your hips while bending your knees to lower your body into a squat.
- Lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor or slightly below.
- Push through your heels to rise back to the starting position, fully extending your hips and knees. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
