Mts Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl

4 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Mts Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl is a resistance exercise targeting Hamstrings (Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus) using MTS Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl Machine.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Adjust the MTS Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl machine to fit your height. Kneel on the machine with your left knee on the knee pad and the right leg extended, securing your ankle under the padded lever. Rest your chest against the chest pad.
  2. Hold onto the handles for stability and keep your back straight.
  3. Curl your leg by bending your knee and pulling your heel towards your glutes, squeezing your hamstrings at the top of the movement.
  4. Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
