Overhead Extension Resistance Band Both Arms is a resistance exercise targeting Triceps (Triceps Brachii) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, placing the middle of the resistance band under both feet. Hold the handles of the resistance band with both hands and extend your arms overhead, keeping your elbows close to your ears and your palms facing each other.
- Lower the handles behind your head by bending your elbows until your forearms are about parallel to the floor, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position by straightening your elbows.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
