Step by step
How to perform it
- Stand on a raised surface or step with your front foot.
- Hold a plate in front of your chest.
- Lower your torso and bend the back knee toward the ground into a lunge.
- Push through the front foot to return to start.
- Repeat on the other leg.
- Keep your torso upright and movement controlled.
