Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts Right Cable Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Hamstrings (Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Attach one end of the resistance band to a low anchor point and hold the other end in your right hand. Stand on your left leg with your right leg slightly bent and your left foot firmly on the floor.
- Hinge at your hips and lower your torso until it's parallel to the floor while extending your right leg straight back, keeping your left knee slightly bent.
- Return to the starting position by driving your hips forward and bringing your right leg back down.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the left leg.
