Alternating Step Out

Alternating Step Out is a bodyweight exercise targeting Quadriceps (quadriceps femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus).
How to perform it
- Stand tall with your back straight and your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees slightly and clasp your hands in front of your chest.
- Lift one of your feet off the floor and step to your side.
- Return to the initial position and do the same with your other foot. Repeat.
