Band Incline Fly is a resistance exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major, Clavicular head).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Adjust an incline bench to a 45-degree angle. Sit back on the bench with your feet flat on the floor. Place the resistance band under the bench and hold one handle of the band in each hand, extending your arms out to the sides with a slight bend in your elbows, palms facing up.
- Engage your chest and bring the handles up in an arc motion towards each other until your hands meet above your chest.
- Slowly return your arms to the starting position with control, maintaining the slight bend in your elbows.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
