Band Single Leg Split Squat

Band Single Leg Split Squat is a resistance exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus).
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the ends of a resistance band anchored under your front foot. Place your back foot on a bench behind you.
- Lower your body by bending your front knee until your front thigh is parallel to the floor.
- Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position, straightening your front leg.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs to work the other side.
