Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended in close to your knees.
  2. Lower your body into a squat position until your thighs are parallel to the floor, while simultaneously raising your arms overhead.
  3. Stand back up to the starting position, lowering your arms back close to your knees.
  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
