Bodyweight Step-Up on Step Box is a bodyweight exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus).
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart in front of a step box.
- Step up onto the box with your right foot, then bring your left foot up to meet your right, standing fully on the box.
- Step back down to the floor with your left foot, followed by your right foot.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, alternating the lead foot.
