Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand in a boxing stance with your feet shoulder-width apart, left foot forward, and hands up in a guard position near your chin.
  2. Rotate your hips and shoulders, bringing your left arm in a horizontal arc to throw a hook.
  3. Quickly retract your left arm back to the guard position.
  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
