Boxing Right Hook

Boxing Right Hook is a bodyweight exercise targeting Shoulders (Deltoids), Triceps (Triceps Brachii), Biceps (Biceps Brachii).
How to perform it
- Stand in a boxing stance with your feet shoulder-width apart, left foot forward, and hands up in a guard position near your chin.
- Rotate your hips and shoulders, bringing your right arm in a horizontal arc to throw a hook.
- Quickly retract your right arm back to the guard position.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
