How to perform it
- Lie down on your back with your knees bent, feet together on the floor, and arms resting at your sides.
- Raise your hips and straighten your thighs with your back while your knees are closed.
- Maintain this position, raise your arms and then land them overhead with your palms facing upward.
- Return to the initial position and repeat.
